Womb steaming is a traditional healing practice utilized by women to heal many menstrual, hormonal and fertility issues. Passed down for generations and used around the world, this self-care process uses the healing benefits of steamed medicinal herbs to create change. By permeating the womb tissue and surrounding areas, it tones the tissue, balances the moisture and pH, invigorates circulation, and balances hormones.
Who should womb steam?
