Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

Isthmus Wellness has a ‘no-exceptions’ cancellation policy. This updated policy is necessary to fully respect our practitioners’ full schedules and the wishes of our community members waiting to schedule appointments with us.

**No exceptions** This includes: illness/Covid, weather (non-emergency), work conflicts, unexpected personal conflicts, forgetting your appointment, not getting an appointment reminder from us, etc.

• If you cancel or reschedule your appointment by the end of the business day before your scheduled appointment, you will not be charged a cancellation fee. This means before 6pm the day before your appointment. (Monday appointments cancelled by 12pm on Saturday will not be charged a cancellation fee). No exceptions.

• If you cancel or reschedule your appointment on the same day as your scheduled appointment, you will be responsible for 50% of the cost of the scheduled treatment.
No exceptions.

• If you simply don’t show up for your appointment with no notice given, you will be responsible for 100% of the cost of the scheduled treatment. No exceptions.
